Burner Crew, Managing Partner

Burner Crew is the Managing Partner of Nirvana Analytics located in Cleveland Ohio.  He began his brokerage career in 1987 with E.F. Hutton as a retail broker.  In 1993, he joined McDonald & Company as a broker and held the position of National Sales Manager for Fixed Income products as McDonald was acquired by KeyCorp.

Burner was a Financial Analyst for Fox 8 News in Cleveland Ohio for 9 years.  He is an active member of Beth-El AME Zion Church and serves as a financial instructor at Olivet Institutional Baptist Church where he teaches children ages 8-18.

Burner graduated from Columbia University with a Bachelor’s degree in Econometrics.

Lloyd Hemphill, Administrative Officer

Lloyd is an Administrative Officer of Nirvana Analytics located in Cleveland Ohio.  He is an experienced telecommunications and construction project manager with a high level of achievement within the government procurement arena.  As an Electronic Data Systems subcontractor, Lloyd oversaw the successful installation of the historic Transatlantic Fiber Optic Teleconferencing Network for the Icelandic Summit Conference, in the office of General Colin Powell.

Lloyd graduated with a BA in Business Administration from American University.

Debra L. Mitchell, Chief Financial Officer

Debra Mitchell is the Chief Financial Officer of Nirvana Analytics located in Cleveland Ohio.  She is an accomplished leader/manager in the Public and Private Sector, with a successful track record in project management, complimented by functional proficiency in the areas of financial services.  She is a problem solver, dedicated to bottom line results.

Debra has over 25 years of managerial experience.  She has worked in various capacities at the City of Cleveland, Chase Manhattan Bank, and M.K. Ferguson Company as Comptroller, General Manager of Billing & Meter Services, Assistant Vice President of Administration, Business Manager, and Financial Analyst.

She has an MBA in Finance from Cleveland State University.

H. Bliss Morris, President

Bliss is the President of Nirvana Analytics located in Cleveland Ohio.  Bliss started his career as a Sales Executive for Xerox.  Later he moved to Northwestern Mutual as an Account Executive.   He also worked for Dean Witter Reynolds in Washington, DC, one of the largest retail brokerage firms, as an Account Executive.  As President, Bliss’ focus is building relationships and business development. 

Bliss has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Oberlin College.

Vanquilla Wilks, Account Manager

Vanquilla Wilks is currently an Account Manager for Nirvana Analytics.  Before joining the team, Vanquilla was a client of Nirvana.  She is a results oriented individual with experience in sales.   She has outstanding organizational skills with planning and executing of projects.  She is successful at developing and maintaining relationships.  She works well independently or within a team environment. 

Vanquilla previously worked in the Sales Division for M&M/Mars, Inc. for 6 years.  She is also a Desert Storm Veteran.  Vanquilla graduated from Mount Union College with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.

Joy Meeker, Administrative/Sales Assistant

As an Administrative/Sales Assistant, Joy supports the Nirvana Analytics team in managing relationships by serving as the liaison between clients and the Account Managers.  She is often the first contact a client has with Nirvana and is responsible for research and preparation of client calls and administrative duties associated with account opening and maintenance.

Before joining Nirvana Analytics, Joy worked in the KeyBank Public Sector Division where she had a similar role as an assistant.  Prior to Key, she worked for AmTrust Bank in Cleveland as a Customer Service Manager from 2000-2008.  Her background also includes several years in restaurant management.  Joy is a graduate of Westlake High School and Cuyahoga Community College.
